How to allow incasesensitive and diacritics search query in Parse.com?
I want to find objects based on substring given by the user, but it doesn't work with in case-sensitive data. For example if user types "belt 34ACCD" it will not return objects containing substring "Belt 34ACCD" or "Belt 34accd" and also I want to enable diacritics, because user can search for items with name containing "ē, õ, č, š" characters.
Using code below will return empty list of ParseObjects if name in database is "Belt 34ACCD" and searchQuery string is "belt 34accd".
I found some tips on how to do it, I can set search substring to searchQuery.toLowerCase(). But I can't control what data and how they will be written in the database.
