python doctest how to specify execution directory for test
I'm using doctest.testfile() to test some of my module, given some example.txt
And here is the layout of my project:
├── mytest.py
├── example.txt
├── dir1
└── module1.py
and here is how the example.txt looks like
>>> from module1 import *
# do something...
so actually example.txt is supposed to execute under dir
And here is how mytest.py looks like
from doctest import *
doctest.testfile('./example.txt')
...
When I run python mytest.py, it's executed under the root dir, so it failed to import module1, I go over the document for doctest and can not find any argument that I can specify the dir for running the test.
