Plotting a ROC curve with OptimalCutpoints package: changing size of legends?
I have a data like:
head(data1)
status NLR
1 1 3.547
2 1 2.723
3 0 2.228
4 0 1.903
5 0 1.870
6 1 1.515
I successfully plot a ROC curve with optimal cut-off using Youden:
library(OptimalCutpoints)
optimal.cutpoint.nlr <- optimal.cutpoints(X = "NLR", status = "status", tag.healthy = 0, methods = "Youden", data = data1, pop.prev = NULL, control = control.cutpoints(), ci.fit = FALSE, conf.level = 0.95, trace = FALSE)
plot.optimal.cutpoints(optimal.cutpoint.nlr, which = 1)
my plot
How can i arrange the size of AUC label to fit within the plot and how can i point the exact cut of value (2.336 here) instead of (0.283, 0.647)?
