cabinet.lib colud not be loaded in windows 7

0

Here is the code I`ve used for compression:

https://gist.github.com/L3cr0f/cd7b3e1bff11f80202c7d6ca8a4d7c74

There is no problem in windows 10, but in windows 7, I get this error on runtime:

cabinet.exe - Ordinal Not Found

The ordinal 30 could not be located in the dynamic link library Cabinet.dll.

How can I resolve this problem?

(tested in both x86 and x64 arch)
