Server receives 4000 requests per second. what should be instance type of EC2 AWS ?
There are 4000 clients are requesting on server (EC2 AWS) per seconds .
There is no any database crud operation on server ..
Can you please suggest which Instance type should be choose and what will be approximately price for month ?

It is inadvisable to rely on just one instance for high scale workloads. As far as the instance type goes, you'd want to go for 2 - 4 c5.large instances, which will cost you between 122 - 245 USD per month in the us-east-1 region. More details on the pricing can be found here: aws.amazon.com/ec2/pricing/on-demand
