Apriori Algo and discretize column error while generating rules in R
While applying Assosciation Rules , using apriori algorithm . I got this error:-
grocery_rules <- apriori(pos, parameter = list(support = 0.01, confidence = 0.5))
Error in asMethod(object) : column(s) 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12,
13, 14, 15, 16 not logical or a factor. Discretize the columns first.
And when I tried to discretize the column usingpos$Total.Products <- discretize(pos$Total.Products)
Error in discretize(pos$Total.Products) : Some breaks are not
unique, use fewer breaks for the data.
