i18n escape variables from translation

I have this confirmation message:

this.state._notificationSystem.addNotification({
title: (<span data-notify="icon" className="pe-7s-gift"/>),
message: (

<I18n>
{(t, {i18n}) => (
<div>
{t("Worker Added") + " " + this.state.worker.firstName + " " + this.state.worker.lastName}
</div>
)}
</I18n>
),
level: 'success',
position: 'tc',
autoDismiss: 15,
});

My problem is to the translated i18n div:

{t("Worker Added") + " " + this.state.worker.firstName + " " + this.state.worker.lastName}

Because it will take the whole string and put it on a div like lets say we have a worker: Joe Doe, the div will be: Worker Added Joe Doe, my problem is that I want to translate the word Worker Added (I have already added in json), but my problem is I will get the whole stuff as a returned message Worker Added Joe Doe and my translation:

"Worker added": "Mitarbeiter hinzufügen",

and it won't translate at all.
Is the a posibility to escape this part:

+ " " + this.state.worker.firstName + " " + this.state.worker.lastName from the actual translation and still get the corect variables with name?

I didn't found any solution to split text from variables names.
