view.animate() doesn't working with ngx-openlayers library for Angular

0

Hi i've been working on using the view.animate() function on ngx-openlayers but it seems that i am stuck with this error. Ive been looking for a solution but couldn't find it. The code is as below:

The data is submitted through broadcast service and it will get the coordinates of the place.

  import { Map, Overlay, proj, View } from 'openlayers';

public instance: View;

var st = this.broadCastService.position1.find(x => x.id === ev);
this.city = ev;
this.instance.animate({
center: [st.x,st.y],
duration: 2000
});

the st variable will look for the data and return in this array:

position1: Array<{ x: number; y: number; id: string; radius: number, color: string, place: string }> =
[
{ x: 11.5820, y: 48.1351, id: "munich", radius: 20, color: "red", place: "munich" },
{ x: 13.388866, y: 52.517071, id: "berlin", radius: 40, color: "blue", place: "berlin" },
{x:9.9937, y:53.5511,id: "hamburg",radius:30, color:"green",place:"hamburg" },
];

What im facing now is the animate() function doesn't work as i got this error:

ERROR TypeError: Cannot read property 'animate' of undefined

I am not sure if i got the right view instance of the map since i am new to openlayers.

Hope you guys can help me with this.
