When tap on app name in facebook post installed app doesn't open android

I make some posts to facebook from my android app. When I tap from android device on app name in post in facebook app Google Play opens.

I entered my Google Play Package Name and Class Name in settings of my apps on Facebook.

How make my installed app opening when user taps on app name? Thank you!
