Identify packages installed in R markdown doc

0

is there a way to identify the packages someone else used in a R-markdown document? I would like to knit the markdown, but I'm missing packages and would like to know which ones.

Thank you in advance.

  • The error messages under Rmarkdown(bottom left panel in Rstudio) should provide enough info to get you started. For example: processing file: test5.Rmd Quitting from lines 9-11 (test5.Rmd) Error in library("mmm") : there is no package called 'mmm'
