java android studio fix

recently i switched from win10 to win7 and i got a problem
the problem is with build.gradle



there is a error that i get which says conflicts with dependency(i dont want fix for this because i already fixed it)

for fix i have to remove 2 last lines of my build.gradle

but i dont want to remove these everytime i make new project
is there anyway to save it forever?
