Youtube API OAuth 2.0 Configuration, Where to set Valid Redirect URI
I'm mainly trying to get my application to upload to Youtube without ever having the computer that runs the executable open up a browser to say, "Sign in with Google... Choose an Account" since this isn't possible on a server with no UI.
Researching around many dead ends, I've come to an answer that suggests going through the OAuth playground, and setting the config to "Use your own OAuth credentials."
The message below the checkbox says to list the URL as a valid redirect URI in my Google APIs Console project. But where? I've clicked around (https://console.developers.google.com/cloud-resource-manager) and there are settings for: migrate, delete, permissions, settings, billing. Nowhere that I can see is any place for my project to enter any URL as a valid redirect URI.
Is there a perma-link somewhere, or series of clicks for me to get to this place to set the redirect URI?
