Make error while trying to build nginx with ngx_pagespeed
I am trying to build nginx with ngx_pagespeed with a few customization using the automated install script:
bash <(curl -f -L -sS https://ngxpagespeed.com/install) --nginx-version latest -a '--prefix=/etc/nginx --sbin-path=/usr/sbin/nginx --modules-path=/usr/lib/nginx/modules --conf-path=/etc/nginx/nginx.conf --error-log-path=/var/log/nginx/error.log --http-log-path=/var/log/nginx/access.log --pid-path=/var/run/nginx.pid --lock-path=/var/run/nginx.lock --http-client-body-temp-path=/var/cache/nginx/client_temp --http-proxy-temp-path=/var/cache/nginx/proxy_temp --http-fastcgi-temp-path=/var/cache/nginx/fastcgi_temp --http-uwsgi-temp-path=/var/cache/nginx/uwsgi_temp --http-scgi-temp-path=/var/cache/nginx/scgi_temp --user=nginx --group=nginx --with-openssl==/usr/bin/openssl'
It fails with the following error:
make -f objs/Makefile
make[1]: Entering directory '/root/nginx-1.15.6'
objs/Makefile:1465: * empty variable name. Stop.
make[1]: Leaving directory '/root/nginx-1.15.6'
Makefile:8: recipe for target 'build' failed
make: * [build] Error 2
Error: Failure running 'make', exiting.
When running the automated install script without the customization's (the -a flag) it works.
Has anyone experienced something similar?
