Higher relative read latency
Tablestats on both nodes of a 2-node cluster show the read latency to be 4~5 times of write operation.
The read operation of the entire batch takes more than twice the time of inserting the same number of records.
At this point, tablestats is the only tool we have resorted.
Given that read latency reports higher stats - what are the next steps to investigate within cassandra?
Help is appreciated

Please provide queries that you're executing, and other information... But reads in Cassandra are usually slower that writes because write just hits memory, and don't wait that data will be persisted to disk
