markers not showing up Mapbox
I am unable to load markers to the map. I can see the coordinates however when I do a console.log. am I missing something from my geojson file? I am trying to use this example https://www.mapbox.com/mapbox-gl-js/example/live-geojson but in my geojson I have properties set for each individual markers so I Don't add layer properties as they did.
var url = 'file.geojson';
map.on('load', function () {
window.setInterval(function() {
map.getSource('markers').setData(url);
}, 6000);
map.addSource('markers', { type: 'geojson', data: url });
geojson
{
"type": "FeatureCollection",
"features": [
{
"type": "Feature",
"geometry" : {
"type": "Point",
"coordinates": [-73.96121215820312, 40.66240692138672]
},
"properties" : {
'marker-color': '#3bb2d0',
'marker-size': 'large',
'marker-symbol': 'stadium'
}
}]
}

You still need to use map.addLayer({}) to actually add the layer to the map. You would need to point to the properties you want to use in the layer.
