Load 2gb essbase extract ( txt file ) into relational databse

I have a huge 2 gb extract text extract which looks like below.

I am facing difficulties to load it into relational db ( sql / teradata ).



Could someone advise what's the best way to load such files?



A little more details about the file:
1. It is space delimited
2. the column headers are shifted rather I don't have all column headers
3. It is read well by Tableau



But in none of the cases, I am able to import it into DB.



Any advise would be helpful
