HealKit FIHR Reference field

0

Given the following FHIR Response from HealthKit (Immunization clinical type from simulator demo account):

{
"vaccineCode" : {
"text" : "Influenza",
"coding" : [
{
"system" : "CVX",
"code" : "135"
}
]
},
"id" : "3",
"resourceType" : "Immunization",
"encounter" : {
"reference" : "Encounter/129837645"
},
"requester" : {
"display" : "Altick Kelly",
"reference" : "Practitioner/8"
},
"date" : "2017-10-18"
}

As you can see the encounter and requester has a reference field that points to another resource (Encounter/Practitioner). According to specification (FHIR Reference field) this can be contained or relative/absolute URL, on apple records i only receive Relative URL.

Is there a way to fetch (follow) the resource (or this is just private information for the publish institution)?
