EWS connection closed but not on coworkers

I am hoping someone can give me an idea on why C# code that has been working for several years connecting to office365 EWS API has suddenly stopped working on my computer. While my co-workers computers works fine. We have the same TLS settings as well as the same cyphers and Key Exchanges.
The error I get is:
The request failed. The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive.
StackTrace - at Microsoft.Exchange.WebServices.Data.ServiceRequestBase.GetEwsHttpWebResponse(IEwsHttpWebRequest request)
at Microsoft.Exchange.WebServices.Data.ServiceRequestBase.ValidateAndEmitRequest(IEwsHttpWebRequest& request)
Where else do I need to look to get to the bottom of this?
