Posting data through URL (Cognito Forms) and displaying that data on a website

0

I expect this is probably quite a simple solution for most, but I've run into a few issues and wanted to get some advice.

I have build a form using Cognito Forms, and within that I have several URL generators (linking to Monzo.Me / PayPal.Me addresses) in order to pass over fees information to auto-populate the number field on these sites. I also have a unique ID which gets populated in the 'notes' section. These work great.

However, I'm also trying to integrate this into my own website so that if a user selects a cash or bank payment, they will be redirected to my website with details of how to pay. I'd like for the following to be displayed on my website: fees, unique id, name.

I currently have the following url generated and redirecting - https://www.mysite.co.uk/paylater.html?fee=15.00&UID=ID6543&name=John%20Smith

My questions is, how to I extract this data from the URL and display it on my website in some capacity? Plain text is absolutely fine. I reckon I can code it to make it look nice once it's there, I'm just struggling with 'reading' it.

Can anyone help?

Thanks!
