Heroku postinstall doesn't behave as expected
I want to deploy my project to heroku. But although postinstall is running there aren't any resulted files from webpack there. Webpack is in dependencies so there shouldn't be any issues with that.

"build-server": "babel server --out-dir dist --source-maps inline",
"build-app": "npx webpack -p --env production",
