How to upload files to AWS S3 bucket without using a service application using react

I have to create an office outlook Add-in to upload files to a AWS S3 bucket. To do this I can only use react code. I can not use any service application to do this. Is it possible to implement in that way and if yes how it can do?. I have tried many examples given in many resources in the internet. I could not implement it yet.
