How to display sortname of languages in google translator select tag

this is the code that i am using in my website for translating language
<script src="https://code.jquery.com/jquery-2.1.4.js"></script>
<div id="google_translate_element"></div>
<script type="text/javascript">function googleTranslateElementInit() {
new google.translate.TranslateElement({
pageLanguage: 'en',
layout: google.translate.TranslateElement.InlineLayout.SIMPLE
}, 'google_translate_element');
}</script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="//translate.google.com/translate_a/element.js?cb=googleTranslateElementInit"></script>
but it shows me dropdown like the images display below
but i need to display the sortname of language in this dropdown
