Intelisense doesn't function in Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0

After a computer reboot intelisense didn't work anymore in my Visual Studio.
The C# code appears like it is commented but the solution runs. I have uninstalled VS and installed it again but the issue persists. I also tried this: https://www.matteopozzani.com/visual-studio-cache-cleanup/ but with no success.
Does anyone have an idea of what else can I do to have VS back to normal?

A crappy anti-malware product can do a lot of damage if you saved a file just before you rebooted the machine. The usual diagnostic is that the file has the correct size but contains nothing but binary zeros. Probably the .csproj file in this case, use notepad.exe to look at it. Restore from source control.
