Want to start multi-window multi-pane tmux session for ssh

I am brand new to code and have been learning for a week or two, looking for help! My end goal is to have 1 session with 4 windows each with 12 panes all tiled format.
Currently I am dividing them all manually and figured there has to be a better way. All panes will be used for ssh.
Any thoughts or guidance is appreciated and links to how-tos are awesome!
I don't mind being handed the answer but I want to learn as well.

Welcome to Stack Overflow! Unfortunately, as written, your question is off-topic. it's unclear what your programming question is. You're talking about sessions and windows and panes, but no programming question. Maybe this is more of a unix / superuser question? Also: Links to how-to's - that part is off-topic too, as tool/service/tutorial/other offsite resource requests are off-topic. I'd suggest starting with the help center and reading up on on- and off-topic content, etc. Then edit your question to provide specific details.
