Partial View with Sql Dependency and SignalR Problem

I have followed this tutorial https://www.codeproject.com/Tips/1075852/ASP-NET-MVC-SignalR-SqlDependency-and-EntityFramew for setting up my realtime datatable.



But datatable is not updating when i change something in database.
