How to change year format in Japanse Calendar Picker

I have a Japanese Calendar Picker like this<CalendarDatePicker CalendarIdentifier="JapaneseCalendar"/>
The result is calendar with yy format like (29,30) and i want to show it in yyyy format like 2017 2018. I don't know how to customize this please help me. Sorry i can't post an image

Well, why did you change it to Japanese Calendar in the first place if you want it to be Gregorian style? Heisei 29 is 2017.

As far as I know, the only difference between the Japanese Calendar and the Gregorian Calendar is the year. Everything else should be the same.

Maybe you can just set the Language to Japanese?
