I have installed VS 2017 15.8.9 with "Python development" option, I also installed Anaconda. Now when I open new Python project I having the problem with Python Intellisense. If for example, I'm writing this code in "Python Interactive Window"

enter image description here

Then the auto-compilation for numpy array "a" is showing the options it's should.
But if I write the same code on the text editor
enter image description here

It is showing "no compilation", and of course they both use the same conda environments.
