Cant start Apache2, wrong library version on libphp7.2.so

I have my production server down :((.
ldd /usr/lib/apache2/modules/libphp7.2.so

I havent installed openssl 1.1.1 but this module try to load libssl.so.1.1, i need that this module point to libcrypto.so.1.0.0.
Any ideas? thanks.
