Azure portal loads but app services, SQL database page sits on loading icon indefinitely

This is happening for the past hour
I've logged in with a different account that is tied to a different subscription and it loads fine
IIRC I specified Western UK when I set it up
This account is using company credits so I set it up as basic - is it being throttled to such an extent that it's just not useable?
I don't think I can even set the service to run at a higher cost / availability owing to the page not loading?
Anyone know if this is common or how to resolve or even raise please?

no, service load and azure portal not loading do not have a causal relationship. try using another browserpc, incognito mode. This is most likely a temporary problem on your or azure portal side.

I have used another PC - I logged in via remote desktop to my Windows terminal and got exactly the same result

this means the problem is, likely, on azure side. as the portal works flawlessly on my side, we can concur its not a worldwide issue, something wrong with that particular azure stamp. you can use powershellcli to reconfigure your resources

Unfortunately, any type of transient outage, inaccessible web page, etc. would have to be dealt with via Azure support (and you can also check the service status page), or possibly reach the Azure team through their twitter account. Such questions really can't be answered here since 1) there's no programming-related answer to be had, and 2) as soon as the transient issue fixes itself, the question becomes immediately obsolete.

It's still down, I'd hardly call that transient. I put the question to support and appears i can query Billing, Subscription... or nothing. I checked azure status and 'all is green'. And I still cannot get app service or sql to load. I guess that leaves twitter.
