Python 3.7.0: Segmentation fault: 11 [on hold]

I keep getting Segmentation fault: 11 when trying to run a programme. I'm using python3.7.0 and MacOS 10.13.6.

Google didn't show any results for this version of python (only a bug in previous versions which is now resolved), has anyone else run into this and have any fixes?

I haven't dumped the cores as I wouldn't know how to debug this, but happy to have a go if anyone can help.

EDIT: The source code can be found here and after more research I think the problem may be coming from this module.

What program are you trying to run? Do you have source code that you could post?

A link to the code is an improvement over no code; but it's still really not acceptable per the Stack Overflow guidelines. Please review the help center and in particular the guidance for creating a Minimal, Complete, and Verifiable example.
