Javacv for nvidia jetson tx2

I have been trying to run javacv on the nvidia jetson tx2, but currently I can't get it to run because they don't have the jar files for linux-arm64.
There is a thread on their github (https://github.com/bytedeco/javacv/issues/1021) which implies that there has been some success in running javacv on a tx2, but the method that they used isn't very clear to me. Is there anywhere that I can get a jar file for opencv on linux-arm64 or a more detailed guid on how to compile the jar file myself?
