Creating whiteboard using Twilio Sync and literallycanvas library
I'm trying to build a whiteboard using literallycanvas library here: http://literallycanvas.com/
Because I need to have 2 users to interact with the whiteboard at the same time, I need to synchronize their changes they make to the whiteboard. I wanted to use Twilio sync document but that doesn't allow JSON objects larger than 16KB, so I'm only using it to notify the other user to load changes on his side. I tried saving to and loading from a database using AJAX and asp.net controller action but it's not fast enough, especially when users are physically too far from each other.
Is there any other solution to this problem?

Rather than sending the entire JSON object that describes the whiteboard, could you send the difference between the previous object and the current one? That would cut the amount of data transfer down.
