Rails add existing elements of a model to another model

0

I have a model ingredient and a model recipe. The user can create and edit ingredients. Now when the user creates a recipe, he should be able to select the incredients from a list and add them to the recipe.

I don't know how to aproach this. Can this be done with nested forms?
