How to create unique indexes with where clauses in Java JPA? (hibernate or spring)

I want to build an application with Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA and PostgreSQL.
I my data model I have some partial unique indexes that works with some rules like those below:

drop table if exists persons.person;
create table if not exists persons.person (
id bigserial,
name varchar(99) not null,
sobrename varchar(99) not null,
birthdate date,
official_registry varchar(32) not null,
realPerson_sn bool not null default true, -- in case of real person, true, juridical person, false
isMatrix bool null, -- in case of eral person, female = false, male = true
isConfirmed bool default false, -- if data is confirmed officially
constraint person_id primary key(id),
); create unique index person_juridical_cnpj_ix on persons.person (official_registry) where (realPerson_sn = false);
create unique index person_realPerson_ix on persons.person (name, sobrename, birthdate_dt) where (realPerson_sn = true);
create unique index person_realPerson_cpf_ix on persons.person (official_registry) where ((realPerson_sn = true) and ((official_registry <> null) and (official_registry <> '')));

In this example, I want to use a single table to store both real persons and juridical persons, using similarities in their data, like names, registry etc. And after that I created unique indexes that reflex the differences between them, to make it easier to find records in both cases.

Note about critcism: This is only one example, I have several tables using those types of indexes with where clause, so it doesn't matter with if the example is replaceable with 2 tables, I will still need the where clauses in other indexes.

I managed to compile my entire model in PostgreSQL 9 and it's working well when I used it in a Delphi and PHP application.

But now I want to implement it in Java Spring Boot and Angular. But I want to rewrite the model so it is compiled from JPA from zero.

Is this possible to recreate those index rules in JPA or is it an PostgreSQL thing that is not covered by JPA, Hibernate, Spring Data and others?
