hookActionDispatcher prestashop how to resolve conflict with quick view
what can i do so that my code in hookActionDispathcer not only works on controllers but also on home page... (i am a bit new to ps)
i am writing code for hookactiondispatcher in prestashop, in which in want to perform some actions based on the page user is visiting, e.g. i am currently checking which controller is in use currently, the problem is that everything is working fine, but quick view button on home page does not...i have identified the issue is in the WHILE loop condition...here is the code sample,
// array of controllers
$this->controller_name = array(
'pageunavailable' => 1,
'product' => array(
array(
'sql' => 'query...' ,
'proc' => 'getProductLink',
)
)}.....
//setting loop in hookactiondispatcher to perform action on home page and other pages
while (isset($this->controller_name[$value])){.code.}
now the problem is that if the user is on home page...the code within while loop does not run, if i remove the isset condition then everything is fine..i have tried to add following in while condition but nothing works,
whilte( (Tools::getValue('fc') == '')) || (Tools::getValue('controller') == 'index') || isset($this->controller_name[$value]))
but since the condition in wihle loop starts with checking controller type...the home page is left behind..and my code does not work on home page...
what can i do so that the condition not only works on controllers but also on home page...
