On failure robot framework doesn't create screenshot when running through teamcity

We are running our robot framework tests through teamcity. But while the tests create screenshots on failure when run on local machine, they fail to create screenshots when run through teamcity. Clicking on the broken icon where the image is supposed to have been gives



This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
