How to decrease the Intensity of Flash Light
I have been working on an app to record the video of fingure with flash on(fingure covering the flash) to measure Heart Rate of the person, but flash heats up in less then a minute. I tried to implement something like PWM ( rapid switch on/off of flash) to try decrease it's intensity but android can't do it fast enough, feels like a strobe (I don't want that dark interval).
Someone kindly tell me a way to decrease the intensity of flash light.
I'm using Java in Android Studio and so far tried Camera2 package.

You can't really do that. It's not a standard hardware feature, so only some phones have it, and it's not part of the SDK.
