When trying to upgrade xlwings, it will only upgrade to 0.11.8

***2nd update: When I removed the -c, it upgraded. The command I used was

conda upgrade anaconda xlwings

***Update: After running Git Bash as an administrator (right-click and "Run as Administrator"), it upgraded without any errors. However, it will still only upgrade to xlwings 0.11.8. I have tried both conda-forge and anaconda.

conda upgrade -c anaconda xlwings

conda install -c conda-forge xlwings

When trying to upgrade xlwings, I get the error included below. My anaconda installation is located at c:ProgramDataAnaconda3. I realize it is something to do with my permissions, but I didn't have any issues when I installed Anaconda.

Also, it doesn't appear that xlwings is trying to update to 0.14.

Notes:
I am using Git Bash rather than the command prompt.
The command I am using for the upgrade is included below as well.

Thanks for all of the help,
Heath
