how can i publish and subscribe a file using with WAMP autobahn python

This is my code, i want to publish a text file in server and also subscribe the same file by client,here i wrote two programs one is server and another one is client but i don't know how to publish a file using with wamp autobahn python, so can any one please guide me how to publish and subscribe a file.
